Description 
One of our dearest varieties from the very beginning: it forms the foundation of both Zizzzi and A Nyúl, but when the vintage allows, we also like to show it on its own as a premium varietal wine. Our aim is elegance, complexity, and a rich, full-bodied palate — naturally with vibrant acidity.
The grapes are carefully selected, and we ferment this wine at a slightly higher temperature than our other whites to achieve a rounder, creamier, more buttery character. We then balance this style through six months of ageing on fine lees in 500-liter barrels, shaping it precisely the way we like it.
An exciting, generous and crisp Chardonnay with remarkable depth and richness.
