Description 
Our premium Merlot comes from the vineyards of Diósviszló, cultivated with low yields and hand-selected before gentle destemming and berry sorting. It fermented to full dryness in open vats with manual punch-downs to preserve the variety’s velvety, fruit-driven character.
The wine first rested on fine lees in tank, then matured for 18 months in 500-liter Hungarian and French oak barrels. This long ageing brought depth, smoothness and rich texture — resulting in a full yet harmonious Merlot, with black berry fruits, soft tannins and a warm, lingering finish.
A classic, substantial Villány Merlot, crafted with precision and matured with care.
