The "Bolond Kalapos"(Mad Hatter) has always been our space for experimentation.
It’s the same Portugieser, the same fresh energy – yet every year it takes on a new face.
Made with carbonic maceration, it’s vivid and juicy, with low alcohol, bright fruit and a lively, effortless charm.

This year’s label was created by contemporary artist Ádám Dóra.
A standalone painting – free and instinctive, much like the wine itself.
Its vibrant colours, rhythm and movement echo the birth of the wine; the same pulse, the same sense of life runs through both.
The motifs on the canvas emerge from everyday culture – slices of pizza, olives – but here they take on new meaning.
Familiar forms turn abstract, leaving interpretation to the viewer.
Some see grape clusters, others something entirely different – and that’s exactly the point.
Recognisable, yet slightly unsettling – that’s what makes it exciting.

The wine and the painting share the same thought:
that paying attention reveals more than we expect – sometimes everything we’re looking for is already there.
